"Dr. Pat 2.0" is a hybrid inspection vehicle that can detect damage to pavement, expansion joints, and tunnels before it occurs, without imposing traffic restrictions. By using a special lens to project light from optical fibers at an angle, it is possible to reveal cracks. Additionally, by colorizing the road surface images, rust and corrosion have become easier to identify.
